Community rules
These rules apply to everything you send, post or list on Hailmo. The Terms are the binding text.
What is not allowed
- Sexual content involving a child or child exploitation. See Child safety.
- Sharing intimate images of someone without their consent, or threatening to. See Remove intimate images.
- Threats, harassment, bullying, stalking and sharing someone's private details.
- Hate speech and content that promotes violence or terrorism.
- Scams, fraud, fake businesses, and pretending to be another person or business.
- Spam and mass unwanted messages.
- Selling illegal goods or services in the business directory.
- Anything else that is illegal where you or the other person live.
Report and block
A message, person, group, channel, business or sticker pack can be reported from inside the app, and anyone can be blocked at any time. Both are always available, not hidden in a menu nobody finds. You can also write to support@respiresoft.com. In an end-to-end encrypted chat we can only see what you choose to send us.
What happens next
- A person on our team reviews the report.
- If the rules were broken we can remove content, limit or close the account, and on a business account take the listing down. This applies equally to personal and business accounts.
- We tell the person what we did and why, and they can appeal within 14 days.
- You can delete your own account at any time. See Delete account.
- If you believe content breaks the law, for example because of a court order or a request from an authority, see Government requests.
