Remove intimate images
If a nude or sexual image or video of you was shared on Hailmo without your consent, including a fake made with AI, you or a person you authorise can ask us to remove it.
How to ask
- Write to support@respiresoft.com and say that it is about an intimate image.
- Give your name and your electronic signature, where we can find the image (a link to a channel or listing, or the account and the date), a short statement that you did not agree to it being shared, and how to contact you.

You can use this form instead of email. It reaches the same team and you do not need an account.
If the form does not work, write to support@respiresoft.com instead.
What we do
- A person on our team reads your request.
- We aim to remove the image within 48 hours of a valid request, and to look for identical copies we can reach.
What we cannot do
- In an end-to-end encrypted chat we cannot see the image or delete a copy on another person's phone. We can close the account that sent it.
- We can remove content that is not end-to-end encrypted: in channels, business listings, sticker packs and status updates.
Also report it in the app
Open the message, person, group, channel, business or sticker pack and choose Report. You can block anyone at any time. See Community rules for what is not allowed.
