Hailmo uses only the cookies it needs to sign you in. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

This website sets no cookies. It keeps one setting in your browser, whether you picked the light, dark or automatic theme, so the page looks the same next time. Nothing is sent to us.
If you buy a Hailmo Plus plan or an assistant pack, the payment page loads Stripe's payment form from Stripe, under Stripe's own policy.
In the Hailmo web app, app.hailmo.com
- A sign-in cookie called __Host-bca_session keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly, sent only over HTTPS and only to Hailmo, and it expires on the date set when you sign in.
- While you sign in with Google, a cookie called __Host-bca_flow lasts 15 minutes and ties that sign-in to your browser.
- The app also keeps your chats and settings in your browser's storage on your device so it opens quickly. Clearing site data removes them.

Your control
You can delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. Deleting the sign-in cookie signs you out.
